Marketing and coaching agency RCR approached SHO to design their new business identity. What sets their company apart from other marketing agencies is their aim to develop the skills within each clients firm, rather than take the marketing projects externally. So we were tasked with designing a corporate identity that appears fresh, open, insightful and uncomplicated.

We began by designing initial logo concepts which were then developed in conjunction with RCR to create the final identity. The ideas behind the design aim to express the values of RCR simply and cleanly. So by setting the initials off-centre within the circle icon it creates a sense of movement and progression, to reflect the development of skills that RCR bring to their clients. Colour is also a key element, using a distinct green to be highly recognisable as well as creating a versatile platform for typographic communications which are another feature of the branding. So it can be easily applied to stationery, brochure, marketing and presentation material.
